Julie Finishes Tied for 10th in Oroville |
Playing with third degree burns on her ankles, Julie managed to put together three solid rounds of golf at the Oroville Golf Foundation’s Tournament at Table Mountain Golf Course, in Oroville, California.
After a rough final week on the Duramed Future’s Tour in Queenstown, Maryland, Julie managed to come back to the west coast to improve on her game as she finished tied for 10th, one stroke out of the money.
“This is a wonderful event with such strong community backing," said Julie. "I am proud of how I played this week, hopefully my chipping will come around, but all and all, I had a great time and continue to learn.”
Julie will return to Portland until the 2nd of September when she will fly to Phoenix to compete in two Cactus Tour events, as well as LPGA Qualifying School. |
