Tournament Details:

Monday, October 13, 2025 at Cedar Creek Country Club.

Chili Dog Lunch starts at 11:00 a.m. - Shotgun start at 12:30 p.m.

Holy Smoke BBQ Dinner/with tea, soft drinks and beer immediately following golf at St. James Church.

It is a ‘scramble’ format. Entry fee is $100 per player, which includes green fee, cart if you need one, lunch and dinner. Entry forms are available here as well as in the pro shop and from any committee member listed below. You may bring guests to the dinner and raffle for a cost-covering fee of $15.00 each. Mulligans, which also function as raffle tickets, can be purchased in advance or at the registration desk. The cost is 3 for $10.00 or 8 for $20.00. There is no limit on the number of mulligans/raffle tickets you can buy. You may enter four players as a team or 1 to 3 players as a partial team. We will attempt to match you up to fill out a foursome. Call with any questions.

If you, or your business would like to be a Hole Sponsor, signs are available starting at $200. If you wish to sponsor a hole and a team, we’ll give you a $50.00 discount. We will post a sign with whatever name you provide, on the tee box of one of the holes. You may provide your own sign if you wish. Please click here for more information.

Please remember that all proceeds go to help the families. St. James does not benefit financially. We help families at Christmas and throughout the year. We also make donations to MAGS, Angel Food and Forever Families. Our recipients need help all year, not just at Christmas.
